I don’t need my service advisor to contact me. Alex handled the issue as best as he knew how. He was great. What is not great is the LACK OF COMMUNICATION between the service advisors and the technicians. I can see having an issue every now and then but for some reason the technicians are not reading the notes that the advisors put on the work order. My family and I have been bringing our vehicles (4 vehicles) to Lindquist for many years and seems every 6 months or so there is an issue and it always comes down to the technician not reading the notes. We had the exact same issue with my boyfriend F-150 after Christmas in 2025. Which in that case and this case the technician had to do the same job twice which wastes our time and loses labor cost and fluids for the dealership. I find it crazy that the technicians are not being held accountable. I know Haley is out on maternity leave, but honestly, if it wasn’t for her, I would have probably found a different dealership by now.

Pulled into my driveway after having Lindquist Ford service my vehicle to find a significant oil spot under the truck and running down the under carriage. Popped the hood to find more oil residue. The dipstick was discovered not fully re-inserted and secured. This is the second event I have had with this service department in roughly a year and a half. The last event the lug nuts was not properly secured after a tire rotation resulting in broken studs. Definitely do not appreciate the oil spot in the driveway and questioning other work done on the vehicle. Disappointed and losing trust in service.

Originally came in for an oil change and tire rotation. However when picking truck up I was notified they did not do the tire rotation because they need me to stop and get 24 lugnuts that Lindquist only carries 2 pc lugs. I come back with lugs to be told wrong ones,( even though she is on the phone telling autozone which ones I need) n buy their 2 pc ones, what?? Why didn't they do this the 1st time I was in?? Not happy with the service I received.

Still having problems with the radio. I was told the last time that the radio would need a new Audio Control Module (ACM). All they did once again was try to update the software, and reprogram the radio. Half way home from the dealership the radio froze up once again. Reprogramming it didn’t work the last time I don’t know why this was tried yet again. Very frustrating

Dustin is very pleasant, personable, professional & thorough. I really appreciate the service provided. The courtesy car wash was a huge bonus too! I know the people are genuine, take good care of my vehicle & all of the above mentioned is why it’s worth the trip to keep coming back. Thank you!
