Haley has been very kind, thorough, knowledgable. She was able to get an assessment, and estimate, very quickly, of what the Mustang needs. She listed the items on the estimate in order of importance. Our only problem is the maintenance the car needs exceeds what we paid for the car. We would like to do the work that is absolutely necessary for the car to run safely. I think we are going to need to discuss this with Haley or the person that looked the car over. The technician (Cameron) was very professional and did a great job! The mobile service is a great benefit for people like us who have a Coachmen RV on the Ford chassis!!

Mike was nice...but I asked for a copy of the estimate more than one time from him and the receptionist and was not given one. Mike said they keep that one it "there for the service tech". The receptionist said "it's only good for 30 days and could change" (these are reasons they said out loud on why I couldn't have a copy). I paid $170 for the diagnosis and wanted the copy of the estimate for what it needs to show my husband before we make the appointment for the repair. Instead of giving me a copy of the estimate he he hand wrote minimal information on my receipt. If my husband had asked die a copy I'm sure he would have received it.

The valets were very disorganized. They didn’t know what truck to pick up. They didn’t know where it was at, and then when they came back, they didn’t even know where they parked their own valet car and called me which I was in Oklahoma City and wanted to know where their truck was and where to park my truck I explained to them they needed to pull my truck out, put their car in my spot Because we have a sign parking spot why they didn’t understand this I don’t know
