Had an issue with our 2025 Explorer on the way back from Colorado. Called Michael from Nebraska about the symptoms and he scheduled us for a service visit on our return. Problem was resolved. Always happy with his attention to our service needs

Last February I put a new battery in. Last Oct you people put a new battery in. When you done the diagnostics on the battery it failed. You put a new battery in again with out running test to find out what the problem is. I called talked to the lady that told me my car was done they had put new battery in. I asked her about testing she said I was driving it enough. I drive the car 5 days a week. She said it would be $170. An hr to run test. Really

Like dealing with linquist

Not that you read these things but I truly believe you should tar and feather that lying bastard, take him out to the back of one your lots and set on fire. I drove all the way over there to fix two problems (1) fix my remote start and(2) replace a broken sensor for my backup signal. A few weeks back you sent out a technician to fix some recall problems and when he was done he looked at my problems and said to make an appointment and have you guys fix them as the remote was covered and the sensor like a 20 minute job. After going on 3 hours I asked your man with a plan if everything was finished he said it was the remote was a bid which was more than the bumper cost. I have always had great service and been treated well but the last few times I’ve had to go over there I get stuck with the brainless **** head and I have up with his lying. We had a few words and he was starting to eased towards me like he was going to do me harm so I thought it best to depart before he got in over his head. I also figured Lindquest Ford needs to have the reputation of having one of their employees beating the crap out of a 76 year old cripple with a cane.
