Was afraid of a serious situation due to “Death Wobble “ on my 2019 F350. Was leaving the next day for Kentucky as I had moved from Riverdale and was visiting. He had the part picked up and installed right away and I was able to get going on schedule. Great job. I only wish Ford had alerted me earlier of the problem as it had never happened before.

Oil service was good Only problem I had was the person who readjusted my seat My head was touching the roof Knees in dash Seat was raised all the way up couldn’t get seat come down Lumbar was bulging

My lug nuts were not torqued completely. This is the second time I’ve had to inspect and properly torque them.

Alex was great but the person working on my vehicle did a terrible job. I had to bring the vehicle back in the next day to repair everything he broke. I am not happy with the job but Alex did have it all fixed. Now the question is am I able to trust having my vehicles serviced there again.
