Alex mis-spoke when he quoted my repair He told me 1026 when it was 1600. Upon paying, it was shrugged off as my problem, and a simple sorry. There was no offer of dropping the price any amount to show his regret for the mistake. I don't see myself coming back or recommending you when there was such a disparity between quote and final bill.

I've been a customer of Lindquist for over 35 years. My recent service experience was the least "customer friendly" that I've ever experienced. I parked my Escape in the Service bay, walked into the Service rep area, and was asked "is there something you need?" A bit rude, in my opinion. After getting checked in, I went to the Service Lounge to wait & read a book. An hour later I pulled my phone from my purse to send a text & found a text message that my vehicle was done. No one physically walked into the Servuce Lounge to inform me. And, when I checked in, I was not asked if I would be waiting for my vehicle. Had I not gotten my phone from my purse, I would not have known my vehicle was ready, which I felt was poor customer service. Yes, I only got an oil change, but usually "someone" physically speaks to me when my vehicle is done. Also, my Ford Pass points were used to pay for the oil change. This was not mentioned when I checked in. Overall, this appointment, compared to those of the past, was not what I would consider "customer friendly".

I brought my car in back in December to check for damage after I hit a curb. I asked them to look at a couple specific things in which they told me there was no damage and they didn't see anything. Twice they told me this. Now today they see it?

The cashier had my keys and paperwork while my car was parked out front. She failed to call me up. I finally questioned her. This resulted in an additional wait time. She never acknowledged her error or apologized for my extended wait.

Thanks so much for taking good care of my EcoSport. I drive very little so few miles on my vehicle. Everyone is friendly and helpful including the valet drivers which I also appreciate. Hailey is a delight at Lindquist too.
