It seems very impersonal to be sitting in the waiting room and be alerted by text instead of a person that my vehicle is ready. Instead of looking at what was done, I was told that my car is in great shape. Pay here!

I called in last Monday Sept 22nd. The gentleman said 2 hours for service new tires and oil change. My wife was there that whole time and asked but never received updates.total time there 3 hours and 50 minutes and no discount was ever given. There was a sub at the waiting room front desk and my wife asked what was in the tire that went flat? She called and asked service but the manager didn't know. My wife asked at 10:10 at service to specifically know what happened with the check in gal in service sorry no name given. Our experience was less than expected this time. If u have further questions my wife chrissys number is ****-****-xxxx. Thanks.

After talking to Dustin and Noah I have a better understanding of how the rear axle is assembled. I’m not familiar with this design. What I’m familiar with would require removing the cover on the differential housing to be able to replace the axle shafts. I guess that’s called “old school” design, which probably describes me also.
