I was slightly confused about the appointment. I made the appointment for warranty recall. I confirmed that the parts were available before making the appointment. It was confirmed that the seat belt pre tensioner failed, but the part was not replaced. It had to be ordered. So I guess I am confused as to why the appointment was made without having the part in stock.

I love it that I can trust Lindquist Ford to address any problem I might have with my 2013 Ford Escape, and at reasonable cost. I purchased my Ford Escape in 2016 from Lindquist Ford, it’s been a good reliable car, and being 72 on a fixed income, it’s comforting to know Lindquist has my back anything car related

Very happy withe the service I received. Haley did a great job as always. They also helped me out another issue that Alex in sales helped me with. He did a great also. Keep up the good work. I will recomend Lindquist to anyone.
