My vehicle repair was completed ahead of the time promised & I was notified promptly. This was a safety recall & I wasn’t aware of any problems so it’s difficult to judge a difference. I feel safer knowing it’s taken care of. Vehicle was clean & checkout fast & very friendly.

Noah and your team are great. The job was done earlier than quoted due to the great guy that worked through his lunch and the guy who stepped in to help with it. Sorry I don’t know their names. Your service team gets 10 Stars. Great job.

My vehicle has had many different issues over the past few months and the people there are so kind and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to everyone who needs an oil change or any repairs that need done. And when I need a new car or truck I will only buy from Lindquist Ford in Bettendorf Iowa!!!

Dustin talked down to me like I didn’t know anything. I had two concerns, the brakes and the tailgate light. Dustin did handle the brakes and they were fixed. I appreciate that. When I about the tailgate lights, he said it was an ongoing issue, they weren’t going to fix it and when I asked how much it would cost for me to fix it he told me around $1000 or so and that I wouldn’t want to fix it. End of discussion. There should’ve been more discussion on the manufacturer problem that I found out later from Mitch. And I should not be told what I want to fix and not fix with my vehicle.
