First off, when I called to make my service appointment I told the person I was having an exhaust issue and when I showed up for my appointment about a week later I was told that you don’t work on exhaust issues. This should have been told to me when I made the appointment. I could have gotten my vehicle repaired elsewhere. Secondly, I left my vehicle there 4 days waiting for a part to come in and no one called after 4 days to tell me the part was on back order until 1/20/23. I had to call and check. Thirdly, when I came to get my vehicle after sitting for 4 days with no work completed, I was told I had to pay $150 for the diagnostic that was run. I’m sure I’ll be the one to have to call and check on 1/20 to see if the part has arrived. Just not good service or communication!

My issue wasn't resolved at all. Service writer is working on it but it seems Ford needs to help. I've only had this truck for a couple months and it's pretty bad that I can't use features I've paid for and fixes to update software aren't working. Ford has really dropped the ball on software quality.......At this point I'm not sure what to do next other than wait.

Service and the body shop struggled to coordinate services in the beginning. Had to call to check status at the end of the day vs. being called. Picked up the vehicle and made three trips back inside carrying trash left behind by service or body shop. All my vehicle settings were back to factory settings without an offer to assist re-setting back to personal settings. Lastly, it was returned dirty without a car wash or vacuumed out. Would have expected better customer care and service.

To whom it may concern, I believe I was a customer who had the “guessing” game played on me. Brought it on for brakes, loud heater noise and windshield washer problem. Left there with hardly any brakes and a squealing heater. I returned and was told the problem they fixed really needed fixed but there is another problem. It was a guessing game in which the rep even stuttered his way through the explanations. I will not return to your business and I’ll let others know what happened. At the end of the day I ended up with a fixed windshield washer pump for 1300.00. One thing that’s odd and adds to my belief they knew they made an error was the fact that I was told when they test drove my vehicle “it stopped on a dime” after the first time I had it in. It’s funny how they can tell me it stopped on a dime but then also tell me the reason the pedal goes to floor is another issue. It can’t be both. It either has an issue or it doesn’t. Furthermore, I did not understand the explanation given as to why my heater still squealed after replacing the blower motor. I originally said don’t do anything but the brakes give. I was going to be charged a diagnostic for each issue. I was then told no diagnostic needed to be done on the heater or the windshield washer as they “knew” what it was. I had them fix it. Funny how after declining the repairs due to diagnostic charges being too high they all of the sudden knew what the problem was and it didn’t need a diagnostic. Sad customer service all around. If you talk to your employees, and they are honest about what happened, you will see. Unfortunately in todays world, there won’t be anything I can do about it and at the end of the day, you won’t give a damn. Jason G
