I came in to get my sync updated because when I did it I got an error, your dealership was unable to update and received a failure code. Then completed a recall. I was charged $140 and my problem was not solved. I did not understand how I was charged that amount for 45 minutes of work. Especially since there is no further research the machine pops the error.
