In my years of taking my vehicle to Lindquist for service Dustin has always been a pleasure to work with. He has always been very informative, transparent, knowledgeable, helpful and extremely polite. I’ve never second guessed any information he’s relayed due to his transparency in every situation. He’s always been kind and respectful even in my moments of being unhappy. I’ve also witnessed him display the same kindness and respect to other unhappy customers. His customer service alone is the only reason I considered purchasing another Ford due to knowing I would have a trusted dealership I could take my vehicle to for repairs. Very good employee to have representing company/brand. I never been unhappy with the quality of the repairs at this dealership, maybe the fact that I had a problem with the vehicle but in my moments of being unhappy it was never due to quality of service or treatment received from the service department.

My original interaction with Lindquist Ford was less then stellar, I was not at all satisfied however, after dealing with Noah, he changed my perception. He stepped up, he listened, he made things right and with that I will continue to take all 3 of my Ford/Lincoln vehicles to them for service. Thank you Noah!!
