The service was very good and I am happy with that. I was a little disappointed that I made an appointment for 11:20 and my truck sat without being serviced for 10-15 minutes. The service was quick when it did get serviced, but I was not anticipating waiting as long as I did for an oil change service. I think next time I will try and take advantage of the vehicle pick up service.

I have had two experiences with Michael regarding my service. On both occasions, I felt that I was an inconvenience to him. This most recent service visit, I asked some follow up questions and he was dismissive and short with me. I will likely discontinue my vehicle servicing with Lindquist because of these encounters - unfortunately. I would be happy to clarify my opinion further if necessary.

Great service. Afterward, it took a little while for my car to be pulled around. The person at the reception desk noticed me looking around and took the initiative to call back and see where it was without me even asking. I appreciated that!
