I scheduled an oil change for a Volkswagen Beetle. When I arrived I was told that the shop may not have the oil and filter and have to go get them somewhere else. This resulted in a nearly two hour wait for an oil change.

Thank you for an excellent experience once more with Lindquist. This was my first time using the valet service. The only thing I was a bit disappointed in was the car wash. It was not done as well as usual (mud spots on hatch and driver’s side floor not vacuumed very well). They did a great job of notifying me at each stage for pick up and delivery. Thanks again.

I was satisfied with the service but not the recommendation to have My brakes looked at. I have had my truck in for service three times in the last three months and have received three different quotes on brake wear. IT seems my brakes are healing themselves. I have been told they were at 3mm, 4mm then5mm. I have lifetime brake pads warranty and is essential that I receive accurate information about the wear.
