I dislike that you used my ford rewards points without asking me automatically. That’s poor customer service in my opinion. Maybe I was saving them to put towards a vehicle accessories or other purchases. I feel the overall quality lately has gone downhill with lindquist fords professionalism regarding good customer service.

Very appreciative of Dustin and his team. Having the ability to drop your vehicle off early makes it so much easier when you work full time. Dustin was ready to go with my paperwork and what needed to be fixed on my Bronco Sport. His communication has always been top notch. Tim addressed the issue on my vehicle. It’s back to running great. I’m very grateful to have heat again in the freezing weather. Keep rocking it out!

Haley was very helpful and ensured my tires were rotated during this visit. However, I was disappointed to learn that during my previous oil change, I was told the tires had been rotated when they had not been. While I appreciate that the issue was corrected this time, it was frustrating to find out that a service I was told was completed was not. Haley was a great help in ensuring that the rotation took place at this service.
