I picked up my 2009 Ford Escape today and am disappointed in my service. I called ahead at 2:00pm to let an employee know I wanted to pick up my vehicle between 4:30pm and 5:00pm, so I thought the key would be with the paperwork when I arrived. Instead, I waited 20 minutes for an employee to find my key and drive my vehicle around to the front. Additionally, I read my invoice after paying for my service and it says my service came with a complimentary light wash and vacuum, but when I received my car, it was covered in dust and grime. The first thing I noticed was how dirty my car was. It was dirtier when I picked it up than when I brought it in. There was also a dried grime spot on the right side of my windshield that took numerous attempts to wash off. I don't believe there was a complimentary light wash and vacuum performed on the car. I am disappointed in my service and expected better given your reputation of quality service.
