Dustin was very professional and got my truck in within minutes of arriving to have the replacement felt strips to the underneath of my rollup bed cover. Hopefully this will be the Last issue with this same problem with these felt strips falling off the underneath side of the bed cover. This is the 3rd time in 10 months I brought my truck in for this same issue. Dustin does a Great job for your dealership!!

2000 dollar part did not fix the problem. 4 hours later on so called vacation and now at different ford dealer claiming we need a different part.

Where do I start…I’ve got a lemon beyond lemons. I’ve had pages worth of warranty and service work on this vehicle. This is not Michaels fault. The vehicle is now in the comprehensive extended warranty period that I purchased. I had the same issue once again that occurred back during factory warranty. Now I had to pay a deductible to fix the same symptom. The vehicle has been nothing but problems and I’ve not been given a reasonable path to resolution.

Web site to schedule service makes you choose battery replacement or brake check. Should be able to just do a oil change and rotation.
