It was fine, everyone was friendly and kept me informed on what was going on. However, it would be nice to get an accurate quote for issues after "diagnostics". Especially if it's noted that part replacement is commonly required as was stated. Also, I'd recommend not making statements like "well see what we can do on price" and then pull numbers together and then come down to the same price that was agreed upon over the phone. Again, it's fine. It's the price that was agreed upon but, you don't have to act like you're doing favors, it just doesn't sit right. And lastly, if it's going to be mentioned that you wash the vehicle (even lightly) at least rinse the dust from the windshield.

Oil change was fine as usual however why can’t I get SiriusXM in my truck like it says in the service manual??? I was told over and over that my truck would be basically in line with the Larado and it doesn’t even have a backup warning. Money was not an issue as I paid cash for it even tho I was actually cheated out of $5,000 on the trade in that was written down by whoever does that. Please answer

I like your service. My only criticism would be, I don’t have you rotate my tires, because the previous three times you did I had to replace a lug nut each time. The decorative nut cover was twisted and rounded on the nut. I don’t know if the air gun pressure was too high, a standard size socket was used instead of a metric, the socket was warn or just not on all the way. In any event rotating my own tires is a small price to pay for the great service you have provided me over the years.
