This was my first time at Lindquist Ford. Totally like Dustin. He answered my question about my car. We talked about cars. He was really nice and professional. I liked talking with him about cars. The waiting area could do with more improvements. Maybe more snacks options. The free drinks were nice. The seating could be more comfortable. Thank you for cleaning my car! That was a nice surprise. Could have used another air freshener in my car. All in all, it was a nice experience. Dustin did a great job!

Well I hope not to review anything from a Ford manufacturer because while the service on the recall was awesome, the manufacturer would hear some choice words on how S.H.I.T.T.Y Ford builds their motors, not even a 6 year old vehicle that I spent 33,000 thousand **** dollars on and still paying a bank for I had to spend another 10k ON A NEW MOTOR. Ford is ****. Found On Road Dead ... No I don't want to trade it **** in I won't get half what I have spent back and I wanna get my 40,000 out of the **** then I'ma burn the mother **** and call it a day

The oil change was efficient and my tires were even rotated. I didn’t have to pay anything because of my rewards.

Paid for “The Works” but not sure why they rotated the tires on the right side of the vehicle and not the tires on the left side. They did rotate tires on right (heavy brake dust) is now on right rear. Heavy brake dust is still heavy on left front. My own tire sensor was still on left rear where it was.
