No need to contact. Just a suggestion. Whenever a vehicle is ready after service please go retrieve the owner of the vehicle. The automated text messages may not go to the person who is actually at the service center with the vehicle. My wife brought her vehicle in for an oil change. The text message that said the vehicle was ready went to my phone number and not hers. She waited for an HOUR to pick up the vehicle after it was done because no one came and got her. Only reason she knew it was done was because I called her from work an hour later to see if she was home. That’s ridiculous.
Andrew was The Best!!! He was Helpful!!! plus giving me the Best advice as to how to service my car. I will be back to get my car service at the Buford Location!!! Thanks so much for your Service Andrew!!!!!.
Jennifer really went beyond my expectations. I had a question about getting something done previously and though she did not find it on what she thought was mine, she went back and double checked and realized what I was saying. She did NOT have to admit her mistake and for that I am grateful and this is why only KIA MOG touch my car!

I have NEVER had real issues with service. The issue I have is with a lack of communication between departments. When I was sold my Telluride in 2019 I purchased 12 oil changes. I have since been told it needed to be within 48000 miles or 4 years....leaving me 2 prepaid oil changes I cannot use...I am NOT happy with rhe bait and switch of your finance department...

I had an appointment for 1:00. I was told that it would take an hour to hour and a half to wait for my vehicle to be completed. I actually waited two and a half hours and only received my vehicle after asking how much longer it would be. Jennifer was very nice and professional and I believe she and her colleagues were overwhelmed.
Jenny was absolutely wonderful! I haven’t been at a dealership for a long time. But she was able to help me out including providing information about my car. It was great to see someone care about helping others and providing outstanding service. Thank you!
