Jennifer listen closely to my concerns. Then, she kept me up to date on working being done. She also answered all my questions. I left the dealership certain that Kia would take care of me and my car. This is my 3rd Kia.

One thing you could do better. Knowwhat items need to be done at each service interval. If customer wants 24k service on 2022 Telluride, tell them that included air filter replacement. Don't make them ask for each item ala carte.

My service tech, Larry Morgan was Amazing! Extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and kind. He is not just the person who checks your car in for service because he is also very knowledgeable about the engine in cars and he is very good about imparting that knowledge on to you. I was stressed when I brought my car in. Larry quickly put me at ease and made me feel comfortable. I think he is new to this location from another Kia dealership and he is definitely a great and much needed asset. I can’t sing his praises enough.
