Gregory’s honesty was appreciated. I had to have my car towed to Honda and was told Daly City Honda was closer. I chose sf Honda because when I called I was told you guys would be ready for me and my experience at sf honda has been great. I miss Eddy and hope you guys bring the transportation back. That is another reason I come to this honda.
Recommendation-
Check tire pressure even if it’s not part of the service. Let’s your customers know you care!

I brought my car in because it won’t start. While the staff gladly accommodated my request about my time availability since I would have to sleep during the day of the service, I notice that there is an opportunity for improvement in the way they communicate. I have received a message telling me what the technician has found and how much it costs. The next message was a list of the many more services that the car is needing and how much it would cost (about 4k). It gave me an impression that I would need to have all of them done urgently and caused unnecessary stress on me knowing I have to spend an unplanned cost.

Erick Borja was a great representative for SF Honda,
Brought in my car for routine oil change, Erick called me to tell me there was a lot of damage with break pads, break well...I trust SF Honda, and although more than i had anticipated, I am grateful he told me, I feel safer, more secure driving in City and highways, in addition all other staff who helped with bringing car out etc. Are always so polite, professionals....people really care at SF Honda, Erick Borja did an excellent job!
