Al was so nice and wanted to make sure I got to Honda safely and offered to let me come in same day. Rick helped me out and was so helpful and friendly. Everyone made my first experience at Honda so enjoyable and comfortable and safe. I’m definitely coming back to them in the future!

A very professional shop only blocks away charges 550 for you what you charged 930.
They give the same warranty and use genuine Honda parts.
Also Your customer service phone bank is really bad. They can’t give any information. Farming out the people who answer your phone is just offensive to me. At Any other shop I call, the phone is answered by someone on site. This whole off site phone service wasted my time and is not appropriate to a high end shop. Hire people on site to answer your phone. You can afford it at the price you charge.

Ace did a wonderful job explaining what needs to be done to my car in terms I could understand. He was honest about timing around when the work should be done and helped me prioritize what I should get done first based on safety, as I could not afford all of the fixes at once. Thank you!
