I’m a regular client but I’m getting to the point that I may have to find another service center. This is not just about Ron. The whole thing about lacking tech and staff and disorganized appointments is causing a lot of hassle. I was turned down a few times at this service center too because of that issue. On my last appointment, I got charged by my son’s school for late pick up. Lastly, when a customer is trying to see if there’s any way to get a discount especially a regular client please respond to this on a professional manner. Asking me in a passive - aggressive way like - “do have a family member who works here?, “are you a veteran?” , “are you senior citizen?” - (obviously not), followed by - “then no, I can’t give discount unless you find a coupon”. Sense of order, organization, good attitude and manners are things to work on.

I showed up at 9:15 for a 9:30 appointment and at 11:35 they had not even taken my car into the service bay. I asked for my keys and left. Very disappointed, what’s the sense in making an appointment. Would not recommend.

Scott was in incredible. He communicated well and helped immediately. He explained what was happening and worked hard to make sure our experience was great. Next time I work with the dealership, I want to work with Scott. He did a fantastic job.

Very professional. He kept me updated and went above and beyond. I needed to have the rest of my pinstripes removed, and I asked him if he could confirm with the detail team what I could use. He had them remove them for me at no cost. I appreciate this level of service and will most definitely return and recommend Ed Voyles.
