Rachel was great. I had no appointment but due to my issue she got me in. My car was repaired by noon. She was very accommodating and professional.

The time for the repair exceeded my expectation . Also the service advisor was nice . I only gad1 problem . I had to get my driver side door handle key slot fixed .the problem is that I was given 2 plain regular keys . Those keys do not go inside the key fob. I fill that Hyundai could have mad the key fob keys , but I’m happy that I can get into car if the fob malfunction
