This is the second time that I encounter that despite of having an appt for oil change my waiting time was over 90min .
I hope this can be improved .
Need to work on communication skills, on keeping the customer updated on the status of their vehicle.
You recommended and wanted to charge me for a completely unnecessary service. You also charged me $90 for something I feel should have been part of the bluelink service package or that I could have gotten free at any auto parts store. You simply ready my computer codes. These things are exactly why I don’t have my vehicle serviced at a dealership.

Cathy stump is a very good service representative, and she bent over backwards to accommodate us. she is very professional, and I really appreciated her attitude of wanting to help. However, your service technitians did not repair the problem with our vehicle, and this is the second time this has happened. Exceedingly frustrating… I would like the service manager to give me a call.

There was some confusion today when my son brought his vehicle up there to have an antenna replaced per the IOU agreement. I told him to get the driving light/ fog light repaired too because that was suppose to be repaired when I bought one of the 2 cars purchased that day. With all the confusion of purchasing both cars I didn’t notice that the light wasn’t repaired until after the fact. So when I saw him today he told me they had to order the antenna and charged him $40 to repair the light. He paid it not really understanding that it should have been replaced for free. I called up and whoever I spoke to said I needed to show them the iou form for the repairs. Well I said that’s bs because it wasn’t on there because it was suppose to be repaired at the time you painted the bumper per my agreement with Isabella and the sales manager. Hopefully you’ll credit his credit card or I’ll bring you back your $40 lightbulb and buy a $10 one. Oh, and whomever I spoke with said a manager would be calling me. Haven’t received that yet. I know it’s only $40 but I bought 2 cars from you this year and it should of already been repaired at the time of purchase.
