I had a 10 o’clock appointment for an oil change and about 12 I started inquiring about my vehicle. After leaving to find out about my vehicle he returned stating he did not know where my car was but he was still looking. The second time he returned he told me he was “hoping” it was in the back being washed. After another 30 minutes of waiting my car was located and I was able to check out and leave.
Phillip is a professional dealing with people. A lot of stress trying to please customers. I’ve been in sales 40 years so I should know. He gives the company 100%.

Was a long wait , however I did have an app at 1230, but they have alot of things to make the time go fast like tv, computer stations, free coffee and water, vending machines, and free shuttle anywhere within a few mile radius. I personally created some projects on my cricut maker app so it went by pretty fast. Great customer service and I got to visit my car salesman who helped me purchase my car and Kathy who helped me with my long recall experience.
I waited to long for a diagnosic and plus the information wasn’t given to me as to what all the technician found wrong with my car. So I don’t know what all was written up on my car. And I want that information emailed to me at
