Philip answered when I called, I explained that I was having the same trouble with my tire again and ask how busy they were, commenting that I had to go to work. He said to bring it in and they would take care of it. They were fairly busy when I got there and it took an hour and a half for them to look at it. It would’ve been much better customer service if he had said we are very busy can you make an appointment for tomorrow
