Rachel is very professional and works hard to make up for the mistakes of others. She personally helped clean out items left in the car by the mechanics. Her attitude is very positive.
1. They did identify the problem with my car.
2. When I arrived they said to come back in two weeks. I had to be insistent for them to work on it.

It is an inconvenient that you do not provide transportation for warranty work. If people were abusing the loaners then cut them off for but don't penalize everyone else.

Prices are ridiculous! They claim they couldn’t take my tire off and would have to break it off and replace the lug nut for $325 which was crap! I end up getting it off at a tire shop for $50 with a tire included. Ed Voyles Hyundai you’re a rip off! Scammers.
