The sale of my vehicle was good but signing wasn't. The service was terrible. Matt was not very helpful at getting my car fixed and it is still not fixed. Very disappointed. They said I have to video tape the problem almost like they don't believe me. They said the code didn't come up. Can they just actually look at the problem

It took way too long. I was not informed how long it would take as I was waiting. the service guy who wrote it up was not Kyle. It was a younger guy who seemed to be helping out. Anyway, I would have liked to know it was going to be 3.5 hours when I came in. Otherwise, service was good.
