2 hours waited for a tire rotation on first 5000 mile service. We came in early before are scheduled time so we are bad. My only complaint is that we had our brand new truck washed and the truck came out with horrible large white water spots. I had to pay to have my truck washed immediately after leaving the dealership. I will never want my truck washed at your dealership. Service agent was easy to work with and professional. Thanks

We received a text message from Dallas saying our truck was ready. After I was dropped off to pick it up I discovered the text was sent erroneously and our truck was just being started. When I brought the text to Dallas’ attention he told me he did not send it and when I showed him his name was on it he said he had no control over the texts. While I understand the error when bringing it to his attention that someone needs to look into it I would have appreciate an apology or acknowledgement of an error vs being told it was not his fault.

Time appointment 930 arrived at 910 told it would be 1 hour 15 minutes completed at 1105. Coupons sent via email were worthless. could have at least cleaned inside vehicle with coupon.

I was completely satisfied with the service, however, I was not liking the car wash. I took it to the no touch car wash right after since it was not dry nor clean after. That's ok, I'll just wash it myself from now on.
I just needed oil change and the gentleman that it would take just 1 to 1&half hour, but I had to wait more than 2 & half hours.
