When I picked up my car the low tire guage was still on. I questioned the fellow who brought me my car, he asked another guy and they tried to tell me it was the change in outside temperature that had caused the tire light to come on
No, they neglected to check the air as they were supposed to so when they did fill the tires, the gauge went away, and has not come back.
Why lie? Tell me the truth, that someone made a mistake. Now I don't know whether to trust that any work was done properly.

I made an appt for an oil change and dropped the car off 15 minutes early and it still took you 2 hours to complete the task. If you know it is going to take so long let me know and I'll spend my time in some other way rather than sit in your waiting area! My time is valuable also.
I always try to go to Dallas when I arrive for auto service. He is knowledgable and courteous. Yesterday he updated me on the condition of my tires which I appreciate.
We are pleased to continue service for our Rav4. We recently bought our leased car from Toyota. We also learned that we can bring our 03 Lincoln town car in for service. (We purchased that car from Toyota Lincoln Mercury when they were located on Bridge street, years ago.) This was our second lease and fourth vehicle from you all. Long time satisfied customers.
