Bill is awesome. Explained to me what was happening so I understood. This was my first time at Yuba City Toyota. I will be back. I do wish they would have done a maintenance check. Last year Chuck Patterson Chico said I would need brakes soon since they did do a maintenance check. Forgot to ask Bill to check on it.
I had my headlights restored. My truck has 4(two main and two tiny fogs lights) why wouldnt ya'll hit the fogs lights why you are are at it? Also my tires were filled, why wasnt the tpsm reset?

The only thing I wish Kyle would have done was give me the cost for the labor and the part not just the part when I asked him how much is it going to cost me he should have said five hundred for the door knob and 304 the labor. $514 bill turned out to be 813

Never received a call or text that my vehicle was ready. When I asked my service advisor to dial my cell number he refused. I also asked the girl at the time of payment to verify and dial my number she declined as well. It’s these things that make me second guess my purchase at Yuba City Toyota. The lack of customer service support is NOT impressive at all.

Dallas and Kyle were as always great and I feel my car did receive excellent technical service but after spending almost $800 I was surprised when I picked up the car they didn't wash the exterior. Outside of that I'm always happy with Yuba City Toyota service

I was never advised of what would be covered by my warranty or when my warranty expires. Matt was unable to see if I even had a warranty. When we purchased the vehicle from Fritz, he said it was a bumper to bumper warranty. The headlight housing has been melted for quite a while, they only replaced the bulb. Doesn't a melted headlight sound like there may be a deeper electrical issue? Also, $910 for brake pads and an alignment seems pretty steep! I definitely won't be returning for any services.
