I bought a vehicle on January 6th 2021. I had to being it back the next day to the pre-owned center because a break pad fell off. Then I noticed an issue with the cruise control and the air ride system. Had an appt scheduled on January 12th 2021 to get it looked at. They told me they were going to have to contact an Infiniti dealer about the cruise control and they did find leaks on the air ride suspension system. When I was informed about my car they told me they would contact the warranty people, because I purchased am extended warranty upon purchase, to see exactly what's covered. I didnt hear anything back that week so I called January 18th to get an update from the service advisor and he said "ill have to check with Ron Turner on this and get back to you". Why that needs to happen is beyond me. Someone needs to pay to have my car repaired and this service I have received so far is absolutely horrendous. I still have not gotten another update from my January 18th phone call. So I am not sure what's going on all while my cruise control still doesn't work and my air ride suspension still hits bumps like a ton of bricks. So any help from filling out this survey would be greatly appreciated because obviously my phone calls have fallen upon deaf ears. Thank you.

Software update was priced way too high. $160 for likely 10 minutes worth of work is ridiculous. Software issues are a manufacturer’s issue, not an owner’s.

The maintenance that needed to be done on my Armada was excellent. Service advisor Terrel was great! But I am a person that works 8 to 6:30 Monday through Friday sometimes later. I have an issue that’s going on right now with my vehicle and there is nobody that works on Saturday’s that could look at it and hopefully fix the problem. What am I suppose to do now?
