Chris was super. I’ve had 8 or 9 nissans through the years and he made sure the last one was taken care of. 10 percent mil discount was greatly appreciated.
It was a long wait but it was worth the wait because at the end of the day I got my car back from him up and running it is in good shape and I think a sign of Merit for helping me
They suppoe to fix my driving seat also but the service desk person said the technician is not available at this moment, the oil change part is done you can reschedule for seat work which was really very inconvenience.
Chris my service rep was very patient with me and very thorough. He explained everything to me twice and again after service was complete.
I think the diagnostic test should be free or less expensive. After the test for my brand new Nissan Rouge 2020, the result was no issue which I am glad but at the same time I am paying about $150 for the test that I am sure other auto shop can do the test way lesser cost.

Chris was extremely thorough, explained everything, showed me what the issue was and got my vehicle in right away and I don’t even have an appointment. The service was completed promptly and when Chris called me back to process the service ticket he also explained to me that I needed to bring the vehicle back to have a recall taken care of and what I could expect in the future with maintenance. Amazing, prompt, and reliable service with hands down one of the most professional service technicians I’ve dealt with
I felt that Brittin could care less about me and my car. I felt like they looked at my Nissan and the out of state plates as if I was a tourist and not looking for a new local dealership. If they had pulled my service records they would have seen I only go to the dealer for service and illinois is now home. I feel like he did not believe me that the car had an issue or that we had already tried to diagnose the issue. I will not be returning to Auffenberg Nissan again.
