I still have auto butler and was offered things I don’t need yet, but other than that everything was good.
I have absolutely no complaints about my appt. yesterday. I don't recall the gentleman's name who assisted me at front counter of the service center, but he was very polite and professional. Kudos to him!!

It took a very long time for my car to be completed especially since I had an appointment. That combined with not having a courtesy shuttle proved to be a huge inconvenience for my family.

The tire pressure sensors were not fixed under warranty and the quote for repair was outrageous. There is an easy way to detect which are defective. You can't fool all of the people all of the time.

Very nice friendly people
Service was excellent as always, but I was surprised to see I had been charged $8.88 for asking to have my contact information updated. I was further surprised that despite charging me to update the information, I was given paperwork back that still had the incorrect information. I did call back and confirm all changes/updates with someone in the office. I have always been very pleased with our service at Auffenberg, just didn’t expect a clerical update to have a charge.
