Nissian wrecked my van. Agreement has been made for nissian to the van to affenberg body shop. Hopefully body shop actually calls then i will be happier. Accidents happen but am also disappointed

Actually showed up unannounced for our first oil change and the Service Manager informed me that I could wait due to only 4300 miles on the vehicle and the fact it uses Synthetic Oil. However, after seeing that we had the car a year, he suggested we change it and promptly took care of it! Thank you,
