I wasn't aware it would be so expensive for the services I had done. I was sticker shocked when I was called to checkout. I will not be bringing my car back to you to get serviced again for anything. All the years I've been coming to you, I've never had a bad experience. Today changed that.

Chris greeted me at my car and was cordial. I came for an oil change and tire rotation. I was pleased with the service I received and the wait wasn’t long. He explained service recommended based on the mileage which was helpful. Have considered giving coupons (to loyal customers) for a regular free car wash at sparkle? Just a thought.
