The service team at Nissan in Fairview heights Illinois was absolutely wonderful! My truck was having some electrical issues, they got me in quickly and resolved the issue and sent me happily on my way! Thank you guys so much for taking care of the problem so quickly!

Why does it have to take two and a half hours to get an oil change done when I make an appointment?? Worker shortage people shortage blah blah blah… if I make an appointment, why should my wife and 5 year old have to sit so long when I can do it at Valvoline or some other place in 15 minutes and not get out of my car? I do not enjoy coming. It’s always an unenjoyable, unavoidable task.
