The service department is lacking in customer service. They did not make me feel like a valued customer, and I probably won't be returning to Auffenberg to purchase my next vehicle. Which was completely fine with the service manager.
Went in because of a error code P0101 (AMF) from my cell phone. After service the error code was gone, but the whining noise of the engine what developed over the last couple days still remains. I was told it "might be most likely" the transmission.
Chris was very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous.

I bought my car at Auffenberg and bring it in for Auto Butler. I live too far to bring it in for routine work. I skipped my last Auto Butler appointment so I haven’t been here for a year. Since the last time I was here the service staff was more attentive (they were good before but now better), the waiting room had snacks and 2 iPads for customers use while waiting. Nice touch that wasn’t there the last time. Very happy but have never been dissatisfied with Auffenberg

It took over 3 hours the service manager and customer service rep was very nice but nothing was offered to compensate me for my time. Free tank gas and or cleaning of my vehicle inside and out.
