All work was done quickly and completely. I like the text message contact with service rep to keep me up to date.
I purchased my used vehicle from Auffenberg. The day I took it off the lot it overheated and needed another week to be taken care of. It then had an oil leak that took about a month to be fixed. After that, once it got warm, I noticed the AC was not working. I took it in and paid for the coolant to be flushed and recharged. That fixed it for a few days. I then took it back for a second look and they ordered a part. A couple weeks later I was informed the part came. When I dropped it off they took things apart and then notified me they got the wrong part. It was then fixed 5 days later and I still was charged more. I've had the car for 8 months and have had to take it in and be without my car 6 times.
I am very satisfied with the service with Nissan has always Rob is a good when a contact for my vehicle he has always helped me in the past and in the present thanks Nissan

I recently had my Nissan Titan Truck serviced at your dealership. First Mark Chapman who lives in Highland near me and works for Auffenberg always goes above and beyond the call of duty by offering to drive my Titan into work and deliver it to the service department for us. At the end of his long day, he drives my truck back to my house. This is a great service and we really appreciate Mark. Also, your excellent communication and service. I am kept informed with recalls, parts and expected costs before repairs are made. You have great people and I will recommend Auffenberg to my friends and family. Staff very helpful and informative.
I appreciated the staff effort to expedite my repairs so that I could be on time for my appointment. However, I was bothered that the cost of repairing the rear brakes was almost double the quoted amount. I have nothing to compare the cost to. So I've paid it, and my brakes are fixed. We'll just leave it at that. Thank you. Renee M
