The service manager & staff did all they could to resolve my issue. Though it was not resolved they told me to have it towed to them in order to determine the problem should it have trouble starting again. They exhibited Promptness & kindness beyond measure.

I was immediately greeted by Robert who inquired as to what service was needed. I told him an early oil change was required for a weekend trip to Kansas City. He told me that the car would be ready in an hour and it was. The price was right!! Robert takes good care of me and my car every time I come. Waldo C

I really appreciate the courtesy car washes, but to improve customer satisfaction, I would like to make a suggestion. Dry the vehicles off after the wash and vacuum the inside. Thank you in advance for listening to your customers.
