When I was on my way home notice my windshield wiper wasn’t clearing off windshield in the rain. Stopped at the autozone on the way home thinking it was just old and needed changed out but found that it was bent bad in the middle. Had to use tools to bend back to replace it. It was not like that when I dropped it off, it was raining prior to dropping off. They needed changed soon but didn’t expect them being broken during oil change. I have a dent near one the wipers also on my hood (don’t recall when it showed up) but kind of suspicious now it could of happen at a previous oil change.

I received a notification that my AEB ( Automatic Emergency Brake ) system must be updated on my Nissan Rogue. As I entered the Nissan Service Center I was greeted with a smile and a friendly person named Rob Courtial. After checking my cars V#, my name and a little data entry, I was given the approximate service time for completion of the job. I am very happy with the service I received.

After getting my oil changed, tires rotated, and a new air filter my check engine light and traction control light came on and in order for Nissan to see why they want to charge me $150 enen though Auto Zone told me the reason why my check engine light is on is because of the air filter and the traction control has to be because of the tire rotation. This all happened a few hours after leaving the dealership.
I stopped in unannounced because a sensor on my car was going off all the time. When I went to the service desk I was greeted with a great welcoming feeling. I asked about the sensor and the guy said he had a feeling what could be wrong with it and said he could have his guys look at it after everyone comes off lunch break. He said if I didn’t mind waiting around a couple hours. Within an hour and a half my car was ready to go!
