I showed up on time and had to wait an hour for an oil change when honestly it should be 20 minutes i saw no other cars waiting. EVERYONE WAS SUPER NICE THOUGH I DO APPRECIATE ALL OF THEIR HARDWORK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I just thought the lounge was kind of bad and the “premium snacks” were not very premium just a bag of chips? I appreciate it though i just dont want to wait an hour and listen to a loud tv and a kid runninng around.

I only had a lengthy conversation with two of the guys at this location. The first guy was Chris Dunn, he was very short, not very polite, and a little rude. I also spoke with Sam in parts when picking up and dropping off my rental. Sam was polite and professional and answered my question best he could, I believe. Everyone else was diligent in making sure that I was assisted, I appreciated that! My husband’s in the military so since we travel alot, I’ve been to multiple Nissans and this one was, overall, my least favorite.

I think it's sad that that the service department has to guess what's going on with your car while driving it and throwing out prices I came in thinking my car it's going to cost me around 400 the guy had me close to a thousand and also saying that they're going to charge you $160 to hook your car up and if you don't have the service done they're going to charge you for it you know that's wrong another words quit bullshiting your clients
