I had a 9:20 appointment for an oil change and auto butler. I was informed that I may be there a little longer due to the oil change. Well I was there almost 5 hours which is totally unacceptable. What was the point in scheduling an appointment if I had to sit there almost 5 hours. I don’t think I’ll be using auto butler again since that seems to be the service that takes the longest. It would have been great customer service if they would had at least put me in a loaner car so I could’ve made it to work. I had no ideal I’d have to miss work due to being at Auffenberg almost 5 hours (almost a days work). The service I received this time was horrible and unacceptable, such a waste of almost 5 hours of my time. I HAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR BOTH SERVICES.

I thought my car was ready to leave as told everything was fine taken for a test drive all was well , had not even left the parking lot and the engine light comes on . I live 50 miles away and to have someone bring me twice in a week ...so no not satisfied !
