I had a 1:00 appointment, and arrived early, 12:35. The dealership had a chili **** off, and instead of taking care of customers, it seemed their focus was on taking part in their chili **** off, rather than their scheduled appointments. Some customers in the waiting area were offered chili, while others were not, which was unprofessional and gave an impression they were profiling certain customers. My routine oil change and tire rotation was FINALLY completed at 2:45. This business ethic should not be tolerated! As a loyal Nissan customer I am losing faith in Nissan’s service. Please take the time to reiterate to your staff, customers’ time is important, and performing “exceptional” service is what customers expect.
