Last five cars has been nissan but not happy With the service bought my car in got diagnosed Done! couldn't tell me anything that I didnt already know for $157 was told take a video when it happens again I thought warranty was longer than 6000 miles Robb & Brandon was helpful

I was offered a service appointment at 7:40am on a Monday. The first appointment of the day to have my car checked out for a heating problem I was having. I dropped off my suv the night before to have it already at the shop first thing. At 8:40am I received a call that work could not begin until someone spoke to me. I called back at about 9, they asked what was the issue I was having. I had left pretty clear notes on the dropbox envelope about the low/no heating issue. If you drive the car, the problem is obvious. I was told they would look into it and follow with me later. I received no information throughout the day about the progress of my car and had to drive up to the dealership to find that the vehicle wouldn't even be looked at until Tuesday morning. I was given a complimentary loaner vehicle on Monday night which I thought was a nice touch considering no work had been done. On Tuesday Kyle called with an estimate and stated that the vehicle would not be ready until Wednesday as parts needed to be ordered, which was fine. When I picked up my car on Wednesday I saw that I had been charged for the second day of the "loaner". When I asked why, I was told that only the first day was covered and that since I "chose" to keep the car a 2nd day, that I needed to be charged. The bill was over $1100, that doesn't get me a 2nd day? I explained that on the day I had set the appointment for, NO work had been done, so the 2nd day with the loaner was not by my choice. I was told that "my appointment wasn't to have a technician look at my vehicle or to have it worked on at all but only for me to meet with a service representative. Because no technicians were available" I don't even know what that means. That's never been the case in the past with Auffenberg or any other repair shop I've dealt with. If no one is available to work on a vehicle, don't offer a specific time for a service appointment that doesn't actually exist. And if you can't do the work, don't penalize the customer by charging the them for a rental car they don't want to be forced to use to get to work in the first place. Over the years Auffenberg Nissan had done excellent, quick, fair priced service for me and my family. But next time I think I'll have to consider taking my $1100 and any other repairs some place else.

I asked for them to please not spray the inside of the car because I get migraines from strong smells and it smells strongly of cheap fake cherry garbage. This was the second time I had to take it in to begin with because of it being done so poorly the first time.

Car issue isn’t fixed car is doing same thing it was doing before I brought it to shop, the recall states if the cvt isn’t reprogrammed it can cause slippage in the transmission and the presses will be off, service tech told me that the reprogramming only updated the computer tell more info about the car/trans. If that’s the case I e had car for two years no problems or lights on, Nissan never contacted me and let me know of any recall this particular model/year of this car had recalls, really upset at this point and will be calling corporate, to solve this issue

I was told when I bought my car that when I was ready for oil changes if I needed to I could get a loaner well I was told wrong and it turned out to be a big deal. I was treated rudely by Derek Thomas and Ashley in your service dept. I was however pleased with Robert in the service dept as well as Kyle and Mickayla both in the service dept to, I had a recall on my car and they took care of that as well. All in all I was satisfied. I was really inpressed they washed my car after the work was done and boy did it need it
