I was driving on the highway 2 days after my oil change and a metal plate came loose in the undercarriage of my motor. It was scraping the highway surface and I called the service department and was asked exactly what part dropped. I told the service representative that I was not a mechanic and I was going to bring the car in. The metal piece was understandably torn up and the service department secured it to the bottom of my car with zip ties. I am suspicious that this happened 2 days after my oil change.
Robert was excellent and took excellent care of me and my car. Plus he was very friendly and helpful. I couldn't,ask for better service.

My car runs fine but has a small rattle that it didn’t have before. Hopefully it will go away. It’s hard to make time to come back and get it checked.

I feel like they are always trying to sell me something extra. I came in because my key fobs are intermittently not working, and he tried to sell me battery corrosion cleaning....totally unrelated to my issue. This is just an example...happens any time I bring my car in. ‘After-market’ batteries was supposedly the issue with my key fobs...something not even mentioned in the owners manual. It says nothing about getting special batteries...only to use CR 2032. Just very frustrating.

Even though the first person to help me literally told me there was no way je could help and was very dismissive of the fact that I needed my car back the same day. I then asked foe Rob and he helped me so much and he went out of his way to talk to me with respect. He is so nice and this is not the first time that he went out of his way to make me feel at ease. He is 1000 % about the clients and I really appreciate him.

Disappointed with the window strip issue on a 2020 Altima.
I will never buy a Nissan again. The diagnostics test I paid $160.00 for consisted of puppy my dipstick and then telling me that my issue wasn’t covered by the $2000 warranty I paid for. I didn’t receive a reason why, even though the parts are supposed to be covered by said warranty. This place was I professional and not only will they never have me as a customer I will be sharing my experience with any and everyone I know.
