Appreciated the mechanic lifting my car back up and taking my tire off to show me the brake pad wear, even after he was already done even though i know he probably didn’t want to after having it all back on

The she vice eas great. The attendant was knowledgeable and very polite. I thought $157.00 was too high a price to pay to find out I had a bad tire on a vehicle I bought from you with less tha 25,000 miles on it.

This was my first experience with the Nissan service team. They were polite, efficient and overly competent. Not only did they treat me with the utmost respect, they did an outstanding job in lightning fast time. Even if I wasn’t part of a service contract, I would happily take my vehicle to the Nissan service team. Torrel (spelling) was polite and professional every time I called in. Kyle met me at the desk and was courteous, charismatic and professional. Last thing I would like to point out is that every employee I saw was smiling and seemingly enjoying their environment. Please give them all a raise.
