The young man who took my info and car was absolutely professional and courteous.
I don’t understand why you make appointments. My appointment was for 12:20. I was there a few minutes early. I was told it would be 45 minutes to an hour. At 1:30, I went to check on my truck. They were “finishing up.” Didn’t leave until around 1:55. If my truck was started on when my appointment started, it shouldn’t have taken that long. If it was started on in the order it was brought in, then you should not book appointments, instead just taking vehicles on a walk-in basis, telling your customers they will be worked on in the order they came in.
The second time around the car looked great.

I think it was only ran thru a car wash.
The antenna was in the car and I put it back on. My wife's car was there the day before and it looked great. The cars are the same color and my wife's shines like new money. There was nothing put on the tires but my wife's were shiny and bright. I think this auto butler service is a scam and I am going to see about getting my money back and I will detail the car myself.

Tarrell was very attentive and honest, something I hugely appreciated. Joe, the maintenance technician, should be given a raise for how good a job he did. I will be back with more Nissans for service.
I was quoted one price for my tires and when the time came to pay, I was quoted 150 dollars more. He took 25 off which I guess was a nice gesture but I felt that at that point I had no choice but to pay what I was told since the tires were already on. I'll go somewhere else in the future where they are up front about the cost of tires
