I did not know that the closing time on Saturday was 1:00 pm. I showed up @ prior to 3:00 pm but, John Hollenkamp helped me get my keys and find the vehicle. All is well! Thank you!! Cesareo R

Took way to long. There was no updates along the way. In the end they apologized and now we still have to go back for recall parts and other work that couldn’t be done. — and they did not have a rental available.

When I got my car back the service engine light came on before I made it home.The service engine light was not on when I took it to be serviced.This makes me think something was done on purpose,so I would have to bring it back to spend more money.Im very upset.
